  • Can I get a price over the phone for my mitigation needs?

    Our free at-home assessments will determine an approximate price for mitigation/remediation. 

  • Can you give a price for just sucking out water out of my carpet?

    Drywall, insulation and baseboards may also be affected.  We strictly follow industry standards to dryout our client’s home.  The removal of water from a carpet/carpet pad is just one step in the mitigation process.

  • When should I call my insurance carrier or insurance agent?

    Let us first assess your damage.  Based on your deductible, we can help you decide whether it makes sense to file a claim.

  • Can I submit a water claim anytime with my insurance carrier?

    Depending on what your policy says about reporting sudden and accidental water losses, time is of the essence and should be filed no later than 24 hours after we have an opportunity to assess your damage. 

  • Can you company do the remediation and build back?

    Yes.  

  • Do you work with insurance companies?

    Absolutely. Because we do, we can help you navigate through the insurance process and let you know of any abnormalities as soon as possible.  We know what information they need to pay your claim and supply all the photos and documentation, so you don’t have to.

  • If I don’t want to file an insurance claim, can I self-pay?

    Yes.  We also work with financial institutions that offer short-term finance on approved credit.
